TextTextTextText		Gemuese I started out by cutting rings and bowls out of the unusual but very interesting material vegetable, such as radish, ginger or potatoes. Every species of vegetable has its own rules to grow and to dry. I am fascinated by outgrowth of vegetables. By cutting the material I let stand this outgrowth and carved only the other part. I tried to transform this duality of leaving and influencing into metal. Thus I experimented with different methods of casting as casting is similar to growing. Coincidence and planning take place. In this way I created different kinds of rings and bowls. All of them are durable, unique pieces.	TextTextTextText
